1.IPAS-1 isopropylamine Synthetic catalyst

Isopropylamine is a useful organic synthesis intermediates. IPAS-1 isopropylamine Synthetic catalyst takes acetone , liquid ammonia and hydrogen as feed used to synthetise isopropylamine process. The catalyst can be made black sphere,cylinder or trilope extrudates according to customers’requirements. The catalyst possesses the characteristices of steady performance, high conversion, good selectivity. The catalyst consumption is about 0.4-0.5 kgs per ton with conversion 99% (min) and selectivity  98% (min).

2.EAS-1 Ethylamine Synthesis catalyst

The EAS-1 Ethylamine Synthesis catalyst is used in the Ethyl amine synthesis process. Ethanol, ammonia and hydrogen as feed , we can synthetise Ethylamine, Diethylamine and Triethylamine according to customers’ requirements.The catalyst possesses the characteristics of lighter bulk density, Less generated methane. The life time is more than 2 years. The catalyst has been reduced and stablized,it should be activated before using in low temperature.

3.MLS-10 Morpholine synthesis catalysts

MLS-10,which is morpholine synthesis catalysts uses the double transition metal as the main activity ,with the modified alumina as the carrier,added special promotor. It has been successful used in many industrial devices. The catalyst has lots of advantages,such as high activity, good selectivity,flexible performance ,good stability.Service life of the catalyst can reach more than 28 months. And it takes less than 0.5kg catalyst to produce one-ton morpholine.

4.Hydrogenation of aniline to cyclohexylamine catalyst

Catalyst HTA-1 is mainly used for hydrogenation of aniline to cyclohexylamine. it  can hydrogenate 100% aniline to less than 100ppm.

Its outstanding characteristics are as follows:

A.prominent low temperature activity. when reaction temperature reach 160℃, it has very high catalytic activity.

B.very good activity stability. It is not necessary to increase reaction temperature in the course of operating entirely.

C.perfect selectivity. The selectivity of aniline to cyclohexylamine  is  more than 98%.

D. very long service life. The catalysts’ service life can reach 5 to 8 years.

E. its loading density is lower 10-15% than other same kind of catalyst. This can obviously decrease the expenditure for purchasing catalyst.

The catalyst  has been successfully used in several industry units. its comprehensive performance is superior to the same kind of products.
