Usage Instructions:
Activator HZ-001 should be diluted with water or alkaline solution before use. For light hydrocarbon alkaline extraction, it can be pumped into the system after dilution or pressurized with air or nitrogen. For the preparation of activated carbon-supported solid catalysts, it can be prepared by impregnation after dilution with water.
Precautions:
Activator HZ-001 is a blue liquid using water as a solvent. It is non-volatile and non-flammable, and has some alkalinity. During storage, it should be protected from exposure to air (although exposure to air does not affect its final use). Although it has a specified shelf life, it can still be used after the shelf life as long as it passes the quality inspection.
Although Activator HZ-001 is essentially non-toxic, direct skin contact and ingestion should still be avoided.
It is best to add Activator HZ-001 as needed, usually in proportion when the same amount of fresh alkali is added while discharging spent alkali.
If Activator HZ-001 is used as a source of active phthalocyanine for the preparation of supported deodorization catalysts, the precautions should follow the routine catalyst preparation procedures.
Other precautions should follow the standard operating procedures of the oil refinery.
Note:
Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the intuitive effect of multi-effective activator HZ-001 diluted to alkaline solution at 1:100 and the actual use of 1:1000, and Figure 3 and Figure 4 are the intuitive effects of a desulfurization alcohol compound product on the market diluted to alkaline solution at the actual use of 1:10 and non-actual use of 1:1000. It can be seen that after the activator HZ-001 is dissolved, it appears as a blue transparent state, and phthalocyanine cobalt is dispersed as single molecules in the alkaline solution without aggregation, while the commercial product turns darker over time in the alkaline solution due to oxidation and precipitates oil-soluble substances, turning into colloids attached to the glass bottle wall. In this way, it is not only easy to dissolve in light hydrocarbon materials and affect the cleanliness of the refined product but also easy to attach to the tower plates, packing, or fiber membranes inside the extraction tower, which is not conducive to the long-term effective operation of extraction, leading to frequent shutdowns for processing or difficult maintenance. On the other hand, it is obvious to see the aggregation of phthalocyanine cobalt from the alkaline solution diluted 1000 times.
