High Temperature Shift Catalyst
Features & Scope of Application
MTS-123 High Temperature Shift Catalyst is a new Fe-Cr shift catalyst which is produced from nitrate as feedstock, via hydroxide intermediate and toxic-free co-precipitation process. By adding an appropriate amount of structure promoter, electronic promoter and active promoter, the synergistic effect of each ingredient improves the heat resistance, sulfur resistance and mechanical strength of the catalyst, and extends the service life of the catalyst. The catalyst can be used in productions of hydrogen, syngas, ammonia, methanol and CO shift process in petrochemical industry. It is especially suitable for the energy saving process of large, medium and small scale plants with natural gas as feed gas, and has the characteristics of low sulfur, good activity at low temperature, low bulk density, high strength and strong anti-carbon formation ability. |

Low Temperature Shift Catalyst
Features & Scope of Application
CNB-7 Low Temperature Shift Catalyst is well suited to work at low temperature (180-260℃) to catalyze the shift reaction between CO and steam to generate hydrogen and carbon dioxide. It not only perfectly matches the energy saving LTS operation in large scale ammonia plant at 3.0~6.0 MPa, but also meets the requirements of normal energy consumption in large scale ammonia plant and low pressure LTS process in medium/small scale ammonia plant, for hydrogen generation. |
