Introduction
HNKW-Z and HNKW-B series are high performance catalysts for the production of polypropylene. The
catalysts are Ti-Mg based, belonging to Ziegler-Natta 4th generation catalyst. The catalysts are developed and manufactured in China using the state-of-the-art technology.
HNKW-Z and HNKW-B series catalysts have excellent performance in propylene polymerization. These catalysts are designed for use in the different PP production technologies. They show low sensitivities to impurities or poisons contained in the monomers, and thus offer wide operating windows.
HNKW-Z and HNKW-B series also give high activity and high stereoregularity. The polymer particles have good morphology and low fines.

Application
HNKW-Z and HNKW-B series catalysts are designed for the production of homo, random and impact polypropylene in the bulk, gas phase and slurry processes.
HNKW-Z is designed as a drop-in catalyst to replace Lynx 1010, GF2A and Shac. HNKW-B is designed as a drop-in catalyst to replace ZN-M1 and Polymax®500.
