Product Description
This product is a well-crystallized, free-flowing, and particle-size optimized powder, designed as a formulation component for PVC heat stabilizers. It is suitable for both rigid and flexible PVC systems.
It can replace lead-containing stabilizers to enhance the long-term thermal stability and anti-discoloration performance of PVC, with better environmental friendliness and flame-retardant properties, complying with EU RoHS and REACH regulations on hazardous substance control.
According to specific application requirements, it can partially replace stabilizers such as zinc stearate and methyl tin mercaptide, significantly reducing the cost of PVC heat stabilizers while maintaining thermal stability.

The main component of Z-PVC special zeolite is active aluminosilicate. The alkaline groups attached to its surface can quickly neutralize part of the HCl generated during PVC degradation, slowing down the structural decomposition of PVC.
The unique pore structure of active aluminosilicate can effectively bind the HCl produced by degradation, thereby reducing the HCl concentration, interrupting this autocatalytic reaction process, and improving the thermal stability of PVC, endowing it with long-acting thermal stabilization properties.
The combined use of active aluminosilicate with zinc stearate/tin heat stabilizers produces a unique synergistic effect.
Z-PVC special zeolite loses water (adsorbed water, crystal water) when heated, which can not only take away part of the heat but also dilute combustible gases, thus achieving a good flame-retardant effect.
Finished products are packed in plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags, in the process of transport, storage must be moisture-proof, fire-proof, anti-inversion and prohibited chemical contamination, handling is strictly prohibited rolling or impact; open storage, the bottom of the cushion sleeper, the top of the canvas to prevent rain; also according to the user's needs to be packed in tonnes of bags.
