Target Process Results
• Steel surface free of oil stains and annealing edge-carbon.
• Post-rolling reflectance ≥ 75 %; total residual oil + Fe < 200 mg m⁻².
• Post-anneal surface carbon < 4 mg m⁻²; reflectance > 90 %; no stains or carbon edges.
• 100 % zinc adhesion after NH₃-atmosphere anneal & hot-dip galvanising.
• Emulsion iron fines ≤ 130 mg L⁻¹; ash ≤ 200 mg L⁻¹.
