Usage:Alpha-d-Glucopyranoside have good emulsifying, dispersing, solubilising, lubricating, penetrating, foaming, viscosity regulating and antibacterial properties. It is widely used in other food products such as pasta, bakery and confectionery, frozen drinks, etc.The use of Alpha-d-Glucopyranoside alone in sugar and soy processing is far inferior to the use of other emulsifiers, and the emulsifying effect is better when compounded appropriately.
